Six months later the content’s out of date, the phone number on the contact page is wrong, a plugin has broken something, rankings have quietly slipped, and the business owner is back to square one — usually chasing a freelancer on Upwork to patch it all up. That’s the default outcome for small-business websites, and it’s the one our monthly plan exists specifically to prevent.

Every Varco Technologies client is on a mandatory 12-month monthly support plan — Growth or Pro — that begins the day your site goes live. It’s not an upsell, an add-on, or an optional extra. It’s the half of the agreement that keeps your site working, ranking, and earning its keep month after month. The logic is simple: a website without ongoing maintenance loses value from the moment it launches.

You never log into anything. You never patch a plugin, edit a database, or wonder whether an update broke the site. When you want something changed — new trading hours, a fresh testimonial, a price update, a seasonal banner, a new team member — you send us an email and we do it. Content updates are included in every plan (3 per month on Growth, 8 per month on Pro). No forms, no portals, no ticketing systems. Email in, change live, done.

Yes — it’s mandatory, and it’s the reason sites we build continue to perform years after launch. A website left unmaintained starts losing value from day one: rankings slip, content goes stale, performance drops, security weakens. The monthly plan exists specifically to stop that happening, and it’s the foundation of how we work.

Unused updates don’t roll over — each month starts fresh. The cap exists to keep the service sustainable and fair across all clients. In practice most clients land well within the limit, and if you have a month with unusual demand, anything over the cap can be quoted separately.

Email. It’s the only channel we use for support, and it’s deliberate — every request has a clear written record, nothing gets lost, and priority is included in every plan so requests never sit in a queue. Email in, we action it, we confirm when it’s live.

Your plan automatically shifts to month-to-month at the same rate — no price increases, no new lock-in. You can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice, and your monthly rate stays locked at whatever you signed up at for as long as you’re with us.
